privacy policy

coach is a daily check-in app. Conversations are stored locally on your device. We do not run a server that stores your conversations.

information sent to AI providers

coach uses Claude, an AI made by Anthropic, to power conversations. When you send a message, the current session history and an anonymous device id are sent to the coach proxy, then forwarded to Anthropic's API to generate a response.

• no account
• no name
• no email
• no server-side conversation history

deletion

You can delete all local sessions from Settings inside the app.

crisis support

coach is not a therapist and does not provide mental health treatment. If crisis language is detected, coach stops the session and points you to 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
